Customer Service Options: Backorders & Returns

 

All orders received prior to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day. All others will be shipped the next business day. Items not in stock at time of order will be "backordered", and shipped as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to complete and send your order to you.

All returned products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. You must first retain a Return Authorization Number from our customer service representative. A Return Authorization (RA) number will only be issued to items being returned within 20 days of receipt. RA numbers are only good for 15 days after issued. All products must be shipped back prepaid. We will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Absolutely no refunds on used parts, electrical items, books and manuals, and special orders or non-stock items will be given. All merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our warehouse. Any merchandise received damaged during the shipment is the sole responsibility of the carrier and should be reported to the carrier with in 24 hours and all boxes should be retained, (carrier may wish to inspect them). All packages should be opened immediately. Any discrepancies on orders must be reported to BTB Products within 72 hours of receiving your order.
